Summer is the time of year everyone should be enjoying the outdoors—swimming, hiking, camping, or picnicking with family and friends! Unfortunately, bugs love summer too. Many of us have come to consider bug bites the inevitable result of a day or night spent communing with nature… especially when the only alternative is spraying ourselves, and our kids, with nasty chemicals! Thankfully, there are ways of keeping the bugs away without resorting to harmful chemicals.
Hate bug bites but can’t stand the nasty chemical smell of standard bug repellents… or the thought of what those chemicals might be doing to you, your kids, and the environment?
