21 Acres Cookbook Lovers Series: Basics of Jam-making

Learn the basic building blocks of jam making from the master – cookbook author Rachel Saunders in this demonstration styled class. Rachel will take you step by step through the jam-making process, give tips on how to alter the base recipe, explain the stages of cooking and how to test for doneness.
