21 Acres Raw Food Vegan: Thanksgiving

So what does a raw food vegan eat for Thanksgiving dinner? Maximize foods’ natural enzymes using all the traditional flavors that make this annual feast such a celebration. To be considered raw, food must not be heated over 117°C to preserve all its natural enzymes. Start off with a warm butternut squash soup, follow with a Brussels sprout salad with a cranberry dressing, and a gluten-free stuffing. And finish with a raw pumpkin pie with a hazelnut crust and a vanilla sauce topping. With this menu you can give thanks for the bounty of the fall harvest and your body will thank you for flavorful food that is kind to the digestion. This is Madeline’s fifth class with us and her following continues to grow with each appearance.

Ms. Eyer is a master of raw food preparation and healthy lifestyle choices, a Certified Raw Food Coach and a member of the International Association of Raw Food Coaches and Teachers (IARFCT).  She helps support health and energy levels of people who are often sick, exhausted, overweight or suffer from poor quality or inadequate sleep.
