21 Acres: Summer Berry Desserts

'Tis the season to turn those beautiful berries into the best desserts ever. Make some individual pies that pack up perfectly for picnics, pot your own blueberry preserves to sandwich in a cake and celebrate our wonderful Washington cherry crop with an easy ice-cream that captures the essence of early summer for later in the year.
