  • Welcome to our new monthly cooking class with culinary instructor Jodi Ritter. This class allows parents and children of all ages to get into the kitchen and cook! Busy parents will love this fun cooking class that will not only offer helpful cooking tips and skills, but a lunchtime snack and food to take home for the family. Participants will work with seasonal and local ingredients to make healthy and tasty dishes. All ages welcome! When you register, please include information about your child’s age and any allergies. Menus change monthly.

    May 23, 9:00-11:00am — Breakfast favorites including hidden greens frittata, savory porridge, homemade dried fruit and nut bars.

    June 27, 9:00-11:00am — Spring pea pesto (made with pea vines and peas) with pasta, bacon wrapped asparagus and beet brownies.
