  • Come celebrate the spring holiday with culinary instructor Andrea Christensen as she teaches you the fine art of making traditional Greek Easter Bread called Tsourekia. An heirloom recipe handed down from her grandparents and parents, Andrea will share the joy of mixing, shaping, braiding and baking this traditional bread. Much like its sister breads Challah and Brioche, Tsourekia is an enriched dough with milk, eggs, butter and sugar. It’s shaped into braids and little birds and decorated with sesame and cinnamon. Vegetarian with dairy and gluten.
