  • Celebrate the coming of a green Spring with culinary instructor Lisa Crawford, an off-grid living guru, and off-grid cooking expert, Tyler Morrison, to learn how to cook with alternative energy from a rocket mass stove. We’ll pay homage to the Emerald Isle and give a nod to St. Patrick’s Day by whipping up a beef and northwest micro-brew stout pot pie accompanied by foraged greens with garlic and an Irish apple crumble cake. While we enjoy our meal, Tyler will discuss the ins and outs of rocket mass stoves and how you can create one at home. With meat, gluten, & dairy.
