Farm Culinary 101—The Sustainable Kitchen
Hands-on professional development program for culinary students and food professionals. During week-long programs, participants will milk goats, make cheese, help care for farm animals, transplant vegetables, harvest produce from the gardens, and visit neighboring farms.
