Eastside Edible Plant Sale
Seattle Tilth is bringing a great selection of locally grown organic vegetable starts to Issaquah’s Farmer’s Market to help Eastside gardeners have the best veggie garden ever this year.
The Issaquah Edible Plant Sale features vegetables, herbs and edible flowers that are hand-selected by the Seattle Tilth garden educators because they perform well in the Pacific Northwest climate. Some favorite plants include tomatoes, peppers, squash, salad greens, cucumbers, culinary herbs such as basil, oregano, marjoram, heirloom varieties and more. This is a great place to get summer crops! After you shop, visit the Issaquah Farmer's Market for a fun outing.
We are seeking reliable, friendly volunteers to help set-up or take-down the sale, sell plants on Saturday, or prep plants on Friday. Want to get involved? It's fun! If you're interested, please email your full name, email, phone number and the times that you're available to chrisiberle@seattletilth.org. Thank you!
