Taught by Darin Leonardson of Edibility, a One Eighty Hospitality Company, Sustainable Cooking introduces you to cooking with locally sourced, farm fresh, sustainable foods and satisfies your desire to create distinct meals. Chef Darin will inspire attendees with his creative recipes and entertaining presentation. His goal is to educate kitchen cooks with an eye toward sustainable food purchases. Always knowing which culinary delights will entice and captivate his guests, Chef Darin says, "My ingredients always include a lot of passion- and a little craziness!"
With nearly 20 years of culinary experience at locations such as Google, The Bellevue Club Hotel, Bon Appetit, and Toscano, Darin Leonardson has a gift for creating epicurean harmony.
