Videos include:

Sources of Food-Borne Pathogens on the Farm <http://smallfarms.wsu.edu/education/Videos/generalfoodsafety.html>
Produce can become contaminated with pathogens through irrigation water. Dr. Karen Killinger tracks pathogens such as E. coli 0157:H7 and Salmonella throughout the farm-to-table continuum.

Drip Irrigation for Food Safety
<http://smallfarms.wsu.edu/education/Videos/dripirrigation.html>
Drip irrigation can reduce water-born pathogen exposure to vegetables. Dr Karen Killinger talks about assessing the quality of irrigation water and Andy Bary describes the transition from sprinkler irrigation to drip irrigation at the WSU-Puyallup Organic Farm

Lactic Acid Antimicrobial Rinse for Poultry Slaughter <http://smallfarms.wsu.edu/education/Videos/poultrydips.html>
In recent research lactic acid reduced levels of organisms that indicate the presence of fecal contamination better than chlorine. Dr. Karen Killinger describes trials with this organically approved anti-microbial dip for poultry and how to use it.

Organic Farming Systems Research: WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center <http://smallfarms.wsu.edu/education/Videos/farmingsystemsresearch.html>
Organic vegetable farming and systems research are artfully blended at the Long-term Organic Farming Systems Research and Demonstration Site. Dr. Craig Cogger describes the experiment that was started in 2003.

Riparian Buffers for Western Washington Agriculture
<http://smallfarms.wsu.edu/education/Videos/riparianbufferresearch.html>
Buffers separate cultivated land from sensitive natural resources and also function as a biological system that filters and detoxifies pollutants. Jeff Kallestad describes field-scale research on working buffers adjacent to Clark's Creek, Puyallup.

Establishing Riparian Buffers Adjacent to Agricultural Land
