WSDA Announces Three Food Product Recall Workshops
Do you know what to do if your company is notified of a food borne illness involving your food product?
Do you know where your product(s) is/are distributed and from where your ingredients are sourced?
Do you know what the Reportable Food Registry is?
Do you have a Food Product Recall Plan to quickly respond to a recall?
Did you know these workshops are free???
Join WSDA and other Food Safety professionals to learn about current recall activities and how planning and preparing for recalls can help your business should you ever require recall action. The one day workshops are open to the food processing industry, farmers, public health officials, and the academic community. These workshops are an encore presentation to our September 2010 workshops in three new locations.
