    Emilyann Kinlaw of Growing Roots Nutrition is a judgement-free Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in the greater Seattle area. Emilyann is passionate about helping clients find the root causes of health concerns and grow nutrition that is kind to mind, body, spirit, and Earth. 

    While earning her bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Emilyann worked in a community garden and discovered the importance of local food for health. She moved to Seattle for holistic nutrition training through Bastyr University and to create local food connections. Emilyann is a dietitian with in-depth knowledge of how food is grown and how the body uses food. She believes you are your body’s best expert and can guide you in listening to your body to create a sustainable and flexible nutrition pattern that changes with the seasons.

    Emilyann approaches nutrition care with intuitive eating, integrative and functional nutrition, and environmental health perspectives. She  will be accepting clients in the near future.
