    Spiced Pork Sausage and Braised Local Lentils
    An Italian New Year’s Specialty

    Grapes and Gorgonzola Salad
    Local Greens, Toasted Walnuts, Charred and Raw Grapes, Pickled Shallots, Local Honey “Balsamic”

    Cranberry Clafoutis
    Brown Butter Ice Cream, Candied Hazelnuts
