  • Branching off his ever-popular Saturday Market Demos in the 21 Acres Farm Market, join Chef Cody Castiglia of Della Terra as he teaches you the nuances of building robust southwest flavors out of simple, everyday local ingredients from small local farms in the Sammamish, Snoqualmie, and Skagit Valleys. With Cody’s guidance, you’ll work with local flours to make homemade tortillas for a variety of vegetarian and meat-filled tacos with many accompaniments and sauces including roasted winter squash with pumpkin seed mole. You’ll finish the evening by satisfying your sweet-tooth with a Theo’s Chocolate Flan. Vegetarian optional.
