Now that the heat has finally come on the heels of a very cool and wet spring, crops are in the ground across the farm with more to go in each week. Our farmers are busy! Come shop the market and walk campus and see what this season looks like. This time of year you’ll see bright green trees leafing out, floating row cover over fragile crops like lettuce to protect it from the cool evenings and the hungry bunnies, and asparagus in the market — yum!
