Join cheese-maker Meghan McKenna from Cherry Valley Dairy in this hands-on class to make one of the world’s most famous cheeses — feta! This is a fantastic recipe for beginner cheese-makers to start making aged cheeses at home. Once you’ve tried homemade fresh feta, you’ll be hooked! Meghan will guide you through the entire cheese-making process and then teach you a bonus recipe as we make traditional Ricotta from the whey of our feta cheese. Light fare including a winter salad and bread to accompany cheese will be served. Vegetarian with dairy, wheat optional.
