Learn how to make vegetable stock from scratch and translate that to a fabulous minestrone soup. While that cooks up we’ll put the oven to use making calzones from scratch pizza dough with seasonal fillings, including both a meat and a vegetarian option. Soup is completely vegetarian, and optionally dairy-free. Calzone has vegetarian option which includes dairy.
