Join Chef Frankie, former owner of Frankie’s Pizza & Pasta in Redmond, as he teaches you how to make homemade pizza. We will use Northwest grown organic flour and tomatoes, locally made artisan cheeses from local dairies, and locally grown organic meats. We’ll start class by gathering fresh seasonal herbs and veggies from our 21 Acres Farm. To accompany our pizzas we will make a fresh seasonal salad with homemade vinaigrette, honey roasted nuts, local organic cheese, and seasonal fruit. We’ll finish the meal with rustic crostata tarts with seasonal berries. With wheat, meat and dairy optional.
