Curious to learn the art of braising? Braising infuses local, sustainably raised meats, as well as seasonally grown vegetables, with mouth-watering flavor. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked. Join Chef Cody Castiglia of Della Terra to learn how to braise meat, poultry, vegetables, and even fruits to create delicious, slow cooked meals. The hands-on menu will include: local red wine-braised short ribs; cider-braised chicken thighs; butter-braised French radishes; and braised pears for dessert. With meat, poultry, & dairy.
