  • Join chef and gnocchi master Cody Castiglia as he walks you through making three different varieties of gnocchi using Pacific Northwest flours, local artisan cheeses, and other seasonal ingredients. Learn simple dough handling techniques to ensure light, mouth-watering gnocchi. Our menu will include: ricotta gnocchi with sage brown butter; potato gnocchi with mushrooms and goat cheese; and winter squash gnocchi with pumpkin seed pesto. Vegetarian with gluten & dairy.
