Get ready for grilling season with this fantastic and ancient cheese from the island of Cyprus. Halloumi is a firm and tangy cheese that when grilled or pan fried, will not melt, but crisp up for an amazing appetizer or meatless main. In this 3 hour class, cheesemaker Meghan McKenna will guide you through the cheesemaking process so that you can create this delicious cheese at home.
We will also turn our whey into delicious fresh whey ricotta. This cheese is as fun to make as it is to eat!
