Back by overwhelming popular demand! Join Chef Frankie, former owner of Frankie’s Pizza & Pasta in Redmond, as he teaches you how to make homemade calzones. We will meet on the 21 Acres Farm to gather a few last minute seasonal ingredients, then we’ll head to the kitchen to use Northwest grown organic flour and tomatoes, locally made artisan cheeses from local dairies, locally grown meats, and our freshly gathered veggies to make mouthwatering calzones! To accompany our calzones we will make a fabulous Tuscan bread salad with homemade red wine vinaigrette, grilled stone fruit with summer berries, raw local honey, and whipped organic cream. This class typically sells out VERY quickly, so don’t wait to get your seats! With meat, wheat, dairy, and vegetarian options.
