Join culinary instructor Yuka Honda as she teaches you traditional Japanese family recipes to help you stay cool on a hot August night. We’ll start the evening with a brief walk on the 21 Acres farm to gather a few last minute ingredients. Then we’ll return to the kitchen where Yuka will guide you through making smoke salmon pressed sushi, vegetable temaki sushi, and various Japanese small plates which could include cucumber and seaweed salad, marinade tofu, spicy Asian greens with tomato, and steamed eggplants with miso dressing.
