Fall in the Northwest is a great time to celebrate the foods known as TexMex. Join Chef Lisa Crawford in this hands-on class to prepare Baked Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas with last-of-the-season tomatillos; crunchy Chili-Cumin Kale Slaw; and Mini-Buñuelos, to be enjoyed with Apple-Berry Sangria Ice Cream. It will be a flavor celebration!
We will use all local ingredients, produced sustainably by nearby farms and the 21 Acres Farm.
