Celebrate the best of summer by making delicious Ice Cream treats with Chef Lisa Crawford! Kids, bring your adult assistant to make homemade Graham Crackers as the base for Summer ‘Smore Ice Cream Sandwiches! Try your hand at creating a refreshing Summer Fruit Milkshake and learn to make delicious Vanilla Ice Cream with or without a machine. We’ll also put together a delicious chocolate sauce to be swirled into your ice cream or simply enjoyed on top! All farm fresh ingredients come from nearby sustainable farms.
This class is for youth and adult pairs — fun! Kids need to be 8 or older.
Includes eggs, dairy, and optional wheat.

Lisa began cooking and baking at a young age. Growing up eating vegetables right from the garden, getting bottled milk from the local dairy, and canning fruit each fall from the orchards of friends, instilled in her the importance of where food comes from. Today she teaches people of all ages how to prepare tasty meals from sincere ingredients.
