Shakespeare on the Farm: King Lear
- date: August 4, 2018
- time: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
It’s finally summer, which means it’s time for Shakespeare on the Farm! Local theater troupe, Last Leaf Productions, will be performing Shakespeare’s tragic play, King Lear, on the 21 Acres Farm, Saturday, August 4th at 4pm!
Come early to enjoy shopping in the Farm Market to pick up snacks, then relax on the farm and enjoy the show! You are also welcome to bring your own picnic basket, along with your blanket or low-back chair and find your spot on the lawn to soak up the scenery and the show.
Each summer, Last Leaf produces and tours Western Washington with two, one-hour productions from Shakespeare’s folio (plays are edited to stay true to the Bard’s words and still make the productions fast-moving and entertaining for Shakespeare lovers and novices alike). This year they will be performing Twelfth Night (July 7th at 21 Acres) and King Lear (August 4th at 21 Acres)!
