It’s time for U-Pick Blackberries at 21 Acres. Join us the next two Saturdays, August 20th and 27th, from 12 – 3 pm. Bring along your own containers and your berry best friends, family, and neighbors to come and pick the wild-growing Himalayan and evergreen blackberries – at least the ones growing low enough for us to reach! These berries are entirely chemical-free thanks to our Organic and agroecological approach to farming.
For safety on our farm and campus, be sure to wear your finest berry picking gear: thick gloves, long-sleeved pants and shirts, and proper footwear. Please bring your own containers for picking, and your pruners are encouraged to trim your way to the juiciest spots.
Check in at the tent on the back lawn and the 21 Acres team will provide directions through the farm to the blackberries.
