  • Wild plants have a major role to play in building community, climate solutions, healing, and sustainability. Join Dr. Sarah Sue Myers, N.D, who will guide us virtually on plant medicine walks from nearby gardens, forests, and trails. Explore the intersection of cultivated and wild spaces here in the Pacific Northwest.

This month, we examine Thyme and Rosemary- powerful and abundant medicinal plants. Learn about: plant identification, medicinal uses, nutrient profiles, how to sustainably harvest and process these herbs, herbal safety, ecosystem connections, insight into health conditions that the plants support, as well as folklore, storytelling, and self-care invitations.

We look forward to hosting this class with a thyme-ly theme of antimicrobial herbs!

This class is a live experience hosted on Zoom.
