Many of us at 21 Acres have loved Plant Medicine walks on the farm last year! Now, join us for virtual Plant Medicine 101 walks led by naturopathic doctor, herbalist and earth steward, Dr. Sarah Sue. She will be guiding us on a plant medicine walk from her backyard in Bellingham, streaming live from Zoom with you while we physically distance & flatten the curve. On this walk, lessons will include plant identification, medicinal actions and uses of the plants, how to sustainably harvest and process, herbal safety, insight into health conditions that the plants support, as well as folklore & seasonal lessons from Mother Nature.
