What medicine can the earth provide in these stressful times? Join us for this month’s Virtual Plant Medicine 101 Walk!

Join us for our Virtual Plant Medicine 101 walks led by naturopath, herbalist, and earth steward, Dr. Sarah Sue. She will be guiding us on plant medicine walks from her backyard in Bellingham, WA. On these walks, lessons will include plant identification, medicinal actions & uses, nutrient profile, how to sustainably harvest and process the herbs, herbal safety, insight into health conditions that the plants support, as well as folklore, storytelling, self-care invitations, and lessons from Mother Nature.
