  • Wild plants have a major role to play in building community, climate solutions, healing, and sustainability. Join Dr. Sarah Sue Myers, N.D, who will guide us virtually on plant medicine walks from nearby gardens, forests, and trails. Come explore the intersection of cultivated and wild spaces here in the Pacific Northwest.

Each month will be focused on a different topic depending on what plants Mother Nature and the changing seasons bring us. Learn about: plant identification, medicinal uses, nutrient profiles, how to sustainably harvest and process herbs, herbal safety, ecosystem connections, insight into health conditions that the plants support, as well as folklore, storytelling, and self-care invitations.

While campus is closed, we hope you’ll connect with us virtually to learn about the medicinal plants in Washington State! (We are waiting patiently to be able to gather in person again soon.)

This class is a live experience hosted on Zoom.
