21 Acres is excited about Farmstand Local Foods, a food hub connecting chefs and kitchen teams in the greater Seattle metropolitan area with sustainable farms closest to the urban core, including those is Sammamish, Snoqualmie and Snohomish valleys.  21 Acres began its food hub work as a founding partner of the successful Puget Sound Food Hub in 2012 and we continued to support the hub for more than four years through its exciting transition to a fully farmer-owned cooperative.  Food hubs provide marketing, aggregation and distribution services for farmers and ranchers producing the freshest seasonal produce, meat, dairy, and more.
