In this 3-hour class (light snacks provided) cheese maker Meghan McKenna will guide you through the cheese-making process so that you can create this delicious cheese at home. We will also turn our whey into delicious fresh whey ricotta. These cheeses are as fun to make as they are to eat! Vegetarian, with dairy and gluten.
