Join chef Archana Verma as she leads us in this hands-on culinary experience making a favorite Indian recipe, paneer (aka Indian cheese)! Guests will help create a dinner menu that will include vegetarian, Indian-inspired kitchen staples like saag paneer using five basic spices – cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne and garam masala. The spices will also be showcased in daal (lentils) with winter squash and pulao (cumin, cinnamon, and bay leaves served over cracked emmer grain. Vegetarian with dairy, optional wheat
