Are you interested in making hand-made Asian dumplings? Join Asako Sullivan from the 21 Acres Kitchen and learn how! Asako says, “I learned how to make pot-stickers and other dumplings with my hands from my mother. It was the kids’ job to make them at my house!” The menu will include Japanese-style pot stickers, Shu-Mai, and Humbow made with Pacific Northwest local flours, vegetables, and pork. The dumplings made in this class will be served three ways; steamed, grilled, and in a tasty soup. Vegetarian optional, with gluten and eggs.
