  • Brunch and Body Positivity: What could be more delicious! Discover new skills to help nourish your body, mind, & spirit this Spring.

    For women who have ever felt “not good enough” about their body – and especially for those who have tried every diet on the planet with the hope of achieving “ideal beauty.”

    In this Savor Food & Body workshop, you’ll learn:

    • What is means to reclaim your health after years of chronic dieting
    • How to cultivate body acceptance and radical self love
    • How to practice Intuitive Self Care & Intuitive Eating
    • How to declare your own authentic beauty

    Based on the Be Body Positive Model and interactive discussions, you will receive:

    • Actionable tools to support improving your body image and letting go of restrictive food rules
    • A Be Body Positive companion guide to enhance your self discovery
    • Access to the private Savor Food & Body Facebook Group for on-going support

    You’ll leave feeling empowered to challenge self critical beliefs about your body & reclaim your life from restrictive diets.

    NOTE: A simple brunch focusing on local and seasonal ingredients will be provided.
