The kitchen is the heart of our building and serves as an opportunity to inspire others to support local farmers — it is possible to eat local year-round in Washington!

Cooking from scratch with whole ingredients can be easy and rewarding — Try adding a locally-grown item to your next meal and you’ll be proactively addressing climate change. In addition to local sourcing, we strive to eliminate food waste: from intentional ordering, to operational practices, to waste stream management, our ultimate goal is to minimize carbon emissions while creating delicious food.
